Dear Friend and Customer,

As you may already know it is with regret that we make this announcement, but circumstances beyond our control forced D&D, Oskar Huber, and DDHUBER to file a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for the District of New Jersey. Subsequently the court entered an order providing for, among other things, measures to help with the completion and delivery of existing open customer orders of D&D, Oskar Huber and DDHUBER.

The company has negotiated with an independent third party, Planned Furniture Promotions, Inc., to assist in the completion and delivery of such customer orders. The arrangements include Planned Furniture Promotions, Inc. assisting the company to receive, process, prepare and deliver merchandise for customer orders. This arrangement appears to be the most favorable opportunity to successfully deliver the merchandise to complete such customer orders.

Upon Court approval of the agreement with Planned Furniture Promotions, Inc., we will be in contact with you in order to expedite this arrangement. Upon delivery of
merchandise, you will be required to pay the existing balance on your order by cash or certified bank check.

FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER IS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN FACTORS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY AND THE ARRANGMENTS WITH PLANNED FURNITURE PROMOTIONS, INC. D&D, OSKAR HUBER AND DD HUBER ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REFUND DEPOSITS ON UNFULFILLED ORDERS.
